Setting up your own email templates is important, this email will represent your Company, the more presentable and professional it looks the better.
Simply go to Email Marketing tab and click "Add Schedule" button.
On the New Email Schedule page, click "Add New Email Template".
Create your email subject and body of letter. If this is a Company announcements or endorsements, you can insert images or flyers to make it more eye-catching. The template builder is full HTML, so it can support tables, images, embedded videos, links, etc.
The most important part of creating an Email Template are the "Merge Fields". This is where you can pull data/values from a Company or Contact to personalise the email.
