How to Attach Custom Forms on Desired Pages

On Leads 365 you can attach Custom Forms to the following pages.

  • Contact Page
  • Company Page 
  • Telemarketing Page (Activities)
  • Opportunity Page
  • Lead Page

Once attached your customized form will show up under the "custom field" section at the bottom of the chosen page.

 

 

Select the page you want to add or change custom forms on.

 

  

Choose Custom form and hit "Add to Contact Page" green button. In this example the chosen custom form will show up under all of your contact pages.
 

You can edit Custom Form by clicking "Edit Custom Form" blue button, or create a new form by selecting "Create New".
